Hard to give attendence in college

Hard to give attendence in college So I will go straight to the centre of the issue, I have a very severe stutter since childhood so I talk really slow due to that, I have severe blockages and that stuff, I'm going to see a therapist. But my stutter goes away if I speak small sentences in a low tone. I don't really mind my stutter as I have grown used to it. I have never took serious treatment but this situation calls for it. So when I go to college, they take attendence but I feel like I can't say anything since I have to say something in a loud tone, Why is this happening? Could really use some help I'm 18 year old
