I never really tried Bill's breathing (It's been over a decade since I read his book), but I always found if you try to keep the body parts he details in his book relaxed, it helps for sure. His valsava theory always made so much sense to me. I always wondered why his hypothesis wasnt ever adopted by more of the community.
