Idea for a potentia anti studdering device with AI 1) When you hear a person getting stuck on a word, you often know what word they are trying to say based on the previous words in the sentence and the letter/letters they are stuttering on. 2) When you say a word directly after somone u dont stutter, no matter what word it is (at least in my experience). Its like you get a 1 second window after you heard the word where u can say it too. 3) The main function of Large laguage models (in my understanding at least) sucha as ChatGPT and DeepSeek is predicting the next word in a text, they are able to do this with high accuracy and are only getting better Now what if there was an earpiece that listens for those moments when the word you are s trying to say is easy to predict, then saying it to you so can get that window and now being able to say it withoit stutter. The output of the ai is not just one word but many potetial ones, the ai just selects the word it thinks is the most likley. If the word is worng the user must be able to cycle to the the second most likley word and so on. The ai should get better over time as it learns what words the user tends to stutter on. I have googled and they have already traied ai to recognize stutter. I feel like this device is very posslible to make since the technology already exists or is going to exists in the near future
