Just know the one who is most bothered my the stutter and hears it the most are us like for example like 2 months ago I had a bad day and was with my grandma. I felt self conscious talking to her and thinking she was judging me so I said when i stuttered "sorry it's really bad today" and she replied "really? I don't really notice it that much" and here I thought I was stuttering my ass off and I was bothering the listener when they barley even realized I stuttered more. Of course speaking to more then 2 people is where the anxiety really kicks in but try to pretend you're calm so fake it till you make it, for some people those works since you're literally gas lighting yourself into thinking you're calm.
