Yes, it is totally fine, mine started when I was 15. I met some people that started stuttering at 17. It is quite rare to start at this age but it is possible. I also didn't have any traumatic event that would be the cause of it. Now it is only worsening over time, especially during lockdown, what a motivation right ? :-D
