I had a horrible experience ordering food. I love online ordering, any restaurant that offers it gets my business, partly because I can avoid interacting in what could be a very nerve wracking situation. So last night I ordered a sub from Publix and I arrived at the scheduled time to pick it up and it was not prepared, nor was it being prepared. So I walk up to the deli counter and tell the worker that I ordered a sub and he already was acting like I was a huge inconvenience to him. Instead of reaching over to the ticket printer he puts on gloves and just asks, “well what do you want? Foot long, 6-inch??” So needless to say the entire interaction from meat to toppings was a total stuttering show, the guy had zero patience, and he didn’t even thank me when he finished building my sub.
