I work in automotive R&D. Soon, I will be starting a job at a mid senior level where I will be responsible for technical tasks as well as people management and customer interactions. I believe the only way to grow out of/reduce my stutter is if I face it head-on and get over my fear of conversations and interactions. Whether I would be successful or not in this role, only time will tell. So I would suggest that you take this job. Things will improve. You've got this.
