Yea, definitely. For me, it helped astronomically because the worst thing someone can do is try to hide the fact that they stutter. I used to think I can but I realize how big of a foolish endeavor that is. Anyone that is actually paying attention can hear it almost right away. Don't even making your goal about being fluent because that doesn't help. Just worry about getting your points across and doing a good presentation. I'd rather focus on controlling ticks (moving tongue too much, twitching) than to focus on how fluent I am.
