Actially, if you have hard silent blocks, there is a one size fits all way to address it. I know bc I’ve spoken to dozens of people who all say nearly identical things about their blocking, eye contact avoidance, word switching, massive struggle with your name and words beginning with that sound, not ordering food you really want, etc. we all could that letting others hear our repetitions and making eye contact quickly started to address the root problem. We all found the results *got better over time*, but that without occasional practice, blocks returned. Regarding the cost? Free. Completely free, but very difficult work.
