I think it happens when I over think and get anxious about a situation I know is coming, e.g. ordering food, knowing my name is about to be asked etc.. It's like life doesn't exist, only the moment I know is about to come, aha. I know my stutter isn't a physical speech impediment, it's emotionally caused. So I guess I'll just have to continue to grow as a person and overcome it with gusto.
