You get it! Yay:) Another thing i did was realize that I moved really fast even when I didn’t need to, and it was based on anxiety of not accomplishing enough. I started to slow down tiny things (opening doors, sitting down, makimg a snack). This seemed to help my speech too. If you speak fast bc you want to get the scary thing over with, slowing down to *regular cadence* will also increase fluency. I’m not saying to talk robotic or oddly, just enunciate and use regular tone, timing and cadence.
