You are a completely normal person :) You don't have a stutter. Yes, 'normal people' can sometimes stutter when they get nervous. You are 'normal people'. For people like me, with a stutter, being nervous (or not) doesn't matter. In fact, I generally do not stutter when I am nervous, particularly during interviews/talks. Simply because I have already won the right to speak and because I know what I am going to talk about. Being insecure, however, is a different matter. I stutter far more when feeling insecure. Your problem is not neurological. You need to learn how to control your anxiety. Turning to drugs is not really the wisest move.
