I literally joined this group because I’m starting to apply for a jobs and I got a phone call today… did not go so well, I mumbled and felt like a stupid kid and I’ve been upset the whole day thinking about how I’m going to get a job when I can’t even speak properly. My confidence in my speech has been plummeting since the pandemic; any tips on how I can chill and not try to hard to push the words out of me or not feeling stupid?
