A lot of us surrender power to our stutter, and those losses can weigh more heavily on us that had we suffered the pain of dealing with our stutter. It sounds like the hamburger guy was being a mean. IDK if the girl meant to be mean or not. You're the best judge of their intent. First step I'd suggest is to ask each of them, privately, not to mock your stutter. You can share how it made you felt, or not. It is likely neither one of them understand the impact their actions.
