i know this sounds like the worst thing to do but... you need to dive in to the deep end and tackle the fears face to face. Im also bad at this but im trying to work on it. You could create a list of your fears and rate them least to most anxiety. Start with a smaller one and go out and do it. back in April, i wanted to start beating myself up in a positive way so i thought of the thing I hated most. Running. The first runs were horrible but after a while, the physical pain vanished and i could see myself progressing pretty quick. I was in a deep thought the other day and it hit me. Fear is similar to running. You need to stick at, consistently and it WILL get better
