Great job over the past year doing a job that is hard for folks who stutter. I’m trying to make heads/tails of the laziness statement though. Nothing lazy about a person who stutters doing a job that is difficult for them. Having said that, being physically inactive isn’t going to help your situation. Quitting without a plan is a bad idea. Line something else up first. A new job, education, a wellness plan, something. Your young and living at home so it’s not so much the financial risk, it’s the stagnation risk. The law of inertia applies to our own motivation and drive. It may not seem like it now, but your job is helping you. I worked call center and customer service jobs through much of my twenties and I attribute the speaking requirements of those jobs for much of my improvements in fluency ad I grew older.
