Do you recall one of the days that you're fluent? The days that you're so full of energy and your confidence is beyond, feels like you can own the whole world. Now get that mindset, just smile while you're talking to people, laugh with them and stop being self conscious. Boost yourself with energy/confidence like the way it feels like when you're fluent. I don't know why but for some reason it worked on me, even in my worst days. It doesn't actually stops my stutter, it reduces it in a great huge amount. As long as I can express my thoughts to people IDGAF. I recommend you to try it.
