Cause pretty much every stutterer in movies and pop culture is a ret*rd. Even if they aren't, the actors just have got to act slow for some reason in addition to just stuttering lol. See... Walt jr from breaking bad. I feel betrayed cause that guy has a real stutter and Palsy irl too but behaves like a normal person lol.
