I agree with you. Left this subreddit because every post on my front page was very negative and I had to roll my eyes everytime. I mean, I get it. Weeks ago I was very depressive, too. It's something I don't want to feel again and to think that many people constantly feel like this? God... I'm now in speech therapy and it's so refreshing and made me hopeful again. I'm very thankful to have that easy access to therapy in general, I guess that's a major problem here. I don't want to feel helpless anymore. So if I have a problem, I work on it. Still can't solve it? Okay but get help to learn how to handle it internally. And that's such a game changer 🙏
