I’m 27 and in IT. I’ve been struggling with it my entire life and lately I’ve been doing way better with it. I find it helps to just talk slow and not only relax yourself, but relax the mind. Once you unlock how to do so, you’ll have much more confidence and control. The key word here is control. YOU are in control and nobody else is. For me it’s a combination of realizing we all have something that defines us or is “our thing”, whether it be a lisp, a limp, a depressing personality, a shitty person, an over the top asshole, or someone with a stutter. That plus not giving a shit what people think helps too :) You’ll be ok!
