I agree with ya..but if this shit keeps happening often eventually you get worn out from confronting. Especially if your working with idiots who think they're tough & don't want to back down in my experience. I think he should say something once & if it doesn't stop then tell the boss & threaten a lawsuit..work is exhausting enough without having to worry about confronting ppl everytime somebody new gets hired or you get a new job.
