Hey man, I'm in the UK too! I'm similar to you, fairly server stammer, spent hundreds, probably nearer thousands of pounds on various things to little avail I know it's easy to say but I do believe it's your outlook on it. A saying I'd give to you is "if you can't change it, rock it" I wouldn't wish a stammer on my worst enemy because it's a horrible struggle everyday, but I guess we got given it so we just have to deal with it best we can I worry because I think it will be very easy for you to become reclusive and quite depressed.
