It’s not really “I stutter and there is nothing I can do about it”, it’s more so “I was not robbed of the life I was ‘supposed’ to have”. I think that I (and many of us) like to think that stuttering is this curse disallowing us from living our “true” lives. Really, my true life is exactly the life I’m living.
