As someone in the content production field -- don't give people the option to edit their stuff post-interview! That will only cause you headaches and cost you time. Anyone who demands that pre-interview is probably not worth speaking to. Re: topic -- are you just interested in hearing about "stuttering pride"? While some in this community do preach that, I wouldn't say it's the prevailing attitude. I'm someone who is very uncomfortable with this affliction, but has come to accept and endeavors to work around it to find peace, happiness, etc. If a magic pill would take away my stutter tomorrow, I'd take it.
