This is great. I did this for so long to help with anxiety and speech. I would record myself then listen to it on the way to work. Bonus if you are reading something useful in your recordings like positive affirmations or other things to boost self esteem. I assume when you do this you are speaking fluently, and it’s important to hear yourself speaking fluently. That way you begin to identify with the fluent speaker.
