Is this a speech therapist you're seeing outside of school? Or is this a speech therapist that works for your school district? I would call her out. Ask her for referrals as you don't believe she is the right person for you. Don't skip appointments as you probably have to pay for those appointments all the same. Ask her how much time she needs to put together a list of referrals. Schedule your next appointment for when she is able to provide you with those resources. Ask your parents to attend as well.
