I've never had an employer not offer a job because of a stutter. I used to do software development, now deep learning work, and no one has cared Unless someone's potential job is specifically with something like public speaking or just a lot of speaking in general, I don't see how stuttering will hinder someone's job opportunities. It's more mental than anything imo.
