How I reversed my stuttering problem

How I reversed my stuttering problem Hello. My post was deleted yesterday so this time I'm not going to break rule #3. Unfortunately I can't change my username. A verbal explanation: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dEDW6\_2kST0](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dEDW6_2kST0) I was very good at hiding my speech blocks for awhile, regardless of what situation I was in, but after reasoning through what could be the problem, I discovered that whenever I move my mouth and tongue to the correct phonation position, I'm able to dissipate my speech blocks. For example, if I were to block on the word "cat", to where I can't even get the word started, it's because I fail to transition from the 'c' to the 'a'. So, I move my mouth and tongue to phonate 'a'. By me doing this, I'm able to counteract any speech block that's headed my way, to the point where I'm able to speak freely with fluency. If I were to have a problem with vowels such as 'a', I make sure to phonate 'a' and 'y' to make the 'a' sound ('a' has two phonation positions, not just one). Thank you for your time.
