Stuttering/blocks if you notice shortly right after will increase cortisol or anxiety in other words.. you need to retrain your mind. Pat yourself on the back when you stutter and stop being hard and judging yourself when you do. Once you handle anxiety, everything else will start getting better. don't give up even if you don't feel like you're making progress because you are, its just subtley.
