This was just coming from my own personal experience that was quite recent that I was rejected but I was e-mailed back when I followed up that the other candidates had the relevant skills they were looking for but being assured they'd still like to keep my CV with them if similar positions are available for me which felt fair enough! Currently I'm still a full-time librarian so I have to pick up phone calls and help people at the front help desk (I was job seeking for a more creative job) but I remind myself I was chosen for a reason despite stuttering that the right employer will value you and will still see potential in you. Perhaps consult job recruiters for more feedback or expand your online job presence via LinkedIn and reach out to more recruiters on platforms if you haven't already, and carefully read the duties of the job role to relate to your past experiences, and there's of course plenty of YouTube tutorials on the best way to word things in interviews. Other than that, job hunting can be an extreme mental burnout when being met with rejection after rejection so it's important to give yourself a break to recover then bouncing back for another go. You only fail if you decide to completely give up after all!
