Good for you! Try not to let fluency define the quality of your presentation though - its content and substance are much more important. I’m quite a bit older than you (38) and have to present fairly often for my job. Personally I need to practise a lot in advance so I know it more or less inside out - just do what works for you though. 👍🏼
