A fix?

A fix? I'm sorry, you've probably seen a post like this alot of times but I'm genuinely asking here for advice. Currently, I'm 16M, I started stuttering when I was around 12 (I have memories of talking fluently). It disappeared for about a year and came back when I was 13 and I have one ever since. I can talk properly when I'm on my own so it's not a physical issue, nor do I have any members in my family that have a stutter so it's not genetic. I'm guessing it's due to some sort of anxiety as I have a constant pressure on my chest throughout the day. Are there any tips that you can give me that doesn't include a speech therapist. I'm happy for book recommnendations and just normal tips and such. I would preferably like to prioritise complete recovery but if that isn't possible, I want it to be reduced to a point that I no longer have to worry about talking in the future. I know it's something to do with anticipatory anxiety or something like that (I don't know), so are there tips to overcome that as well? Thanks for reading, if you have overcome your speech impediment, please share what helped you recover. Anything will help.
