You’re not alone, I do it all the time, and not just after a successful sentence, I’ll do it and not realize I’m doing it, my fiance will ask me what I’m saying sometimes and I’ll just be like “I didn’t say anything” and she’s like “you did sentence practice again”, we call it that cause we think I’m subconsciously trying to practice the sentence for next time
