For me , this usually works , assuming my name is norma jeane . If I say , "norma jeane" , I will stutter 100% of the time . But if i say it like this , "First name Norma , last name Jeane" , this I can speak fluently in most circumstances , trick here is probability of stuttering is more where we think it is more . And also , stuttering at start of the sentence is much more common . So , we are replacing more difficult word , "our name" , by a comparitively easy word at the start .
