I'm not to good at advice, but one thing I usually do when asked my name over the phone is spell it out. "First name is.... Last name...." I can spell my name MUCH easier than I can say it. That said, even if you're a stuttering mess during the interview, don't quit. All my previous bosses were well aware of my stutter and didn't care. Most adults who are mature enough to be in supervisory roles won't care as long as you can do your job. In the end, make an Indeed and Linkedin, and get out there and keep applying. You got it
