I'd like to go to a therapist of some sort but I just have no time between work and dealing with other things. I was just hoping someone knew of something that really helps them out, whether it's a technique to try and not stutter or practice routine, or just something. I'm like at my breaking point with this, with being in my 20s, it seems like people think there's something wrong with me now. Rather than when I was younger and stuttered, people would brush it off, as a fair amount of young kids have the issue
