Do you get mad at people who laugh/mock your stutter or are you used to it?

Do you get mad at people who laugh/mock your stutter or are you used to it? Today, I went to the gym with my friends and we were asking the front desk some questions about our membership. The front desk guy was cool, I thought, until I started asking some clarifying questions. When I stutter at my worst, my throat clicks, my mouth opens extremely wide, and my eyes shut. Once my eyes opened, I saw the front desk guy hold back a chuckle. I’ve told these friends I’ve had for years that I don’t want them to fight my battles for me. I wanted to get mad, but this has happened so many times at restaurants and stores, that I don’t care anymore. It’s on them for being immature. But should I get mad? Sometimes I feel for not doing so.
