Thanks for the comment! I found it reassuring and comforting. With where I am in life right now, it’s likely that I’ll have kids in 5-7 years or so. I always have feared how stuttering may affect my ability to parent (having to call schools, make appointments for them, etc.) but you reassured me that it’s a process which makes you feel more confident. I’m so happy for you that phone calls are no biggie for you anymore. I long for that feeling. There was a time in my life where I called without hesitation even with a stutter and now I can’t imagine how or why I was able to do that. My fluency over the phone has gotten worse since my teen years and I think it stems from one horribly embarrassing experience that has stuck with me.
