I don't want to start off by exposing myself as a grammar Nazi, bu you probably meant awareness. Now back to your problems. First off you probably haven't tried all self therapy methods available for free. They're highly contradictory, some say you should control your breathing while other day breathing has nothing to do with stuttering, some say you should pre plan your words while other urge you to speak spontaneously, some say it's a habit other say its neurological. However the fact remains that therapy programs work for some people. If you haven't found the one that works for you maybe it's because you haven't tried them all. It's important to remember that we all dead at the end. By staying one day alive you're inevitably moving towards the death and the end of our mortal problems. There is no big difference between thousand and ten thousand embarrassing moments once you're long dead.
