I have this exact problem with with my business. Everyone answers with the Business Name. However, I stutter on the first word. So I started saying "Thank you for calling Business name". It gets me talking enough before my known block. Also, try saying it super sweetly, or songlike - stuttering doesn't happen when you sing so it can help. Like you're talking to a child or putting on a play voice. I noticed when my Mom was a secretary, she had a phone voice and her normal voice. Emulating that helps me answer the phone. Work on a script of phrases you KNOW you can say for answering common inquires. Also, see it helps if don't look at the phone, look up and away, hold the phone somewhat loosely in your hand.. When I had to do the overhead page at a big box store, it was over the phone and I loosely turned the head peice away from myself. I could do the overhead page as long as my brain thought I wasn't talking into a phone. Also, the sing song or higher than normal sweet voice worked wonders on that.
