Yes, similar with me for that certificate, also, it is a whole lot procedure, may be a bit long one, I am not sure. About the score, I managed to get 22(requirement is 23). I went to the professors (3-4 and 2-3 advisors) no one is ready to give exemption though I have seen people getting exemption for different reasons. One professor says it is the US state law, you should talk to the governor.( He might have said to sound funny, but I felt it rude) Thanks human, for understanding.
