Eye contact. When ever I hold eye contact I stutter less. Actually that's my pattern. I kind of close my eyes, look down, constrict breath and then I get anxious and in attempt it get it over with quickly I increase my pace. And finally I face block, or stutter. So I try to break this pattern by holding eye contact and always breathing deeply. It has helped me other wise as well.
