I’m a similar situation as you. I’m 29 and work as a architect. I work remotely from home and have noticed my stutter has gotten worse since I left the office environment. But in general if I’m in a good mood feeling confident my stutter is mild to gone. Other days when I’m feeling out of place or not having a good day I have big blocks in my speech. I worked as a server during college and it really helped me get over my stutter during that period. For me the more I talk to strangers the more confident and fluent I speak.
