I work as a customer executive and obviously there are sometimes when I’ve to deliver the service directly f2f. I feel awkward sometimes so what I do is look them between the eyes . That works for me and saves me the embarrassment of fiddling with stuffs that doesn’t need to be involved during the course of the interaction . That being said try out what works for y’all .
