Tightness in jaw Most of the times when I speak, I feel tightness in either side of my cheek prompting to apply extra pressure to open my mouth and eventually making me conscious. This has been one of the few other reasons that has caused me to stutter. The situation becomes extreme in cold weather when I literally feel a lot of pain the area. Anyone feels the same?
