cmon people, rather downvote respond with why I am wrong. Am I wrong? The survey doesnt mention what the actual survey was or the methods behind it. It just seems like thet asked varying groups of people. For something like stuttering that doesnt have one clear definition it will inheritly get skewed results if you simply ask "do you stutter?" It's like asking someone "do you feel or get depressed?" Everyone experiances the feeling of being depressed so they might answer yes, when the researchers intended depression as in the mental health disorder. Physical disabilities and one's that are blatently defined. We can't really relate to always being blind and we know it only refers to if we are in a state of always. Do you understand what I mean? Asking someone if they stutter and they say yes does not always mean the same thing to two different people.
