I.T. technician and service desk tech. It's a co-op position at my school. I have to talk all day and explain my fixes to staff. One of the most stressful parts is fixing issues in front of large groups of people. An example of this is an academic emergency, it's when the equipment the presenter is using does not work and is preventing them from presenting. So, everyone is staring at me when I'm trying to figure out, and when I fix it I'm always asked what I did. And I have to explain it with everyone listening. I feel really embarrassed but don't give a shit afterwards like I used to.
