I couldn’t have said it better myself! I’m in the exact same boat. 41 years old now just been made redundant and my covert stutter reality is rearing it’s ugly head as now I’m confronted with the fact that I’ve not been as successful has I could have been professionally. I have to go to interviews again etc and I’m limited after working in the same company for 14 years
