It can also develop because of trauma. But now that you are stuttering, a few advices would be to talk slower than right now, do not hesitate to pause during a sentence to breath, try to breath through your stomach, not your torso. Try to articulate as much as you can without looking autistic. Also, don't define yourself by your stutter, although it might be frustrating, your much more than that.
