Slowing down is a unhelpful, but do you know what is helpful? RELAXING. The more anxious you get, the harder it is to be fluent. It will get easier. Since your stutter is newly developed, did you notice that something happened to you around that time? Maybe trying to understand that can help you accept it. Good luck to you. It gets easier!!!
